With a small machine foot print of only 600mm wide, the PM series machining centers can be placed side by side with minimal distance between machines, saving production space for small size factories. Special milling software allows for 1 pass high quality surface finishing.

Compact Size — With a 600mm machine width, the PM series machining centers are based on modular production design which allows for maximum space savings and the ability to connect the milling process by automation with pre-milling and post milling process.
Variety of Software Functions — Hasegawa is able to integrate multiple in-house software such as contouring/nano smoothing for high surface finishing, tool life management & high speed smooth TCP, etc, to increase the machine capability.
Automation — Hasegawa has one of the fastest robotic loading systems which allows for reduced cycle time of several seconds during the loading/unloading process. PM Series is able to integrate a Pepper Loader for such automation process.
Ultra High Speed Spindle — PM Series is able to add a 60,000 RPM ultra high speed spindle as an upgraded option for the station 30,000 RPM spindle.
High Precision Production — PM Series is tested for accuracies for 0.1 microns due to high rigidity with high precision using HSK toolings. The rigidity is due to a symmetric construction and minimum overhang. -
